A motor’s physical fit is only one part of compatibility.
Feedback, drive support, tuning and machine-control requirements also need checking. Do not treat similar mounting dimensions or rated power as confirmation of a compatible substitute.
A photograph of the motor label and the connected amplifier label can help prevent an incomplete enquiry. Note any cable damage or accessory requirement separately rather than assuming it is included.
