The supporting parts matter
Specify the accessory and the equipment it fits.
A missing cable, connector or mounting component can make an otherwise complete parts request incomplete. Include the accessory’s own part number and the model of the main equipment where available.
Tell us whether the request is for an original manufacturer accessory or whether a specifically verified alternative can be considered. A similar connector does not establish matching pin assignments or compatibility.

List accessories separately from the main component.
Do not assume cables, batteries, connectors, software or mounting parts are included with a controller, drive or operator panel. Identify every required item in the enquiry so the quotation can be checked against the complete requirement.
Clear photographs of both ends of a cable or the equipment connection can help explain an unidentified accessory. The final specification still needs to be confirmed before an order is placed.
