Operator interfaces
Start with the panel’s full model number.
An HMI enquiry may concern a complete operator terminal, a display component or an accessory. Tell us which item you need so a screen repair component is not confused with a complete replacement panel.
Include the manufacturer, full model code and screen size. A photograph of the rear label can be especially helpful when the front of the panel shows only a product-family name.

Hardware and application software are separate considerations.
A replacement terminal may need the original application, compatible software and commissioning. Identify these requirements before ordering hardware; a panel listing does not establish that the existing program or licence is included.
For an obsolete panel, tell us whether your application can be transferred to an alternative or whether the identical terminal is needed. The mechanical cut-out and electrical connections should also be checked against the manufacturer’s documentation.
