Requests can include current or legacy equipment and new, surplus or refurbished options. Availability and the exact component condition are checked for the enquiry rather than assumed from a product family name.

Replacing a module in an existing system?
A matching connector or similar appearance does not establish compatibility. Check the manufacturer’s documentation for the controller family, module version, addressing and software requirements. Programming, licences and configuration should be identified separately from the hardware request.
For discontinued PLC components, send a clear label photo and explain whether an exact part is required. Do not assume a newer series can replace an older module without checking the system requirements.
